Two Essential Herbal Oils for Everyday Use

Essential oils are essential tools for aromatherapy; however, aromatherapy is not an easy process. It needs professional training and expertise in using these strong and volatile essential oils and without knowing the right proportions of the remedial doses of these oils it is simply dangerous to attempt using these oils.

However, there are two essential oils which are extremely beneficial in nature but easy to use at home as daily cure remedy-ingredient.

These two friendly essential oils are lavender, and tea tree oil; however, these oils can cure a bunch of regular problems and that is why highly recommended to keep at home for restricted use. These oils, in normal situations, should be mixed with some good carrier oils.

Tea tee oil is rich with medicinal properties like antibacterial, anti fungal, antiviral, and antiseptic in nature. On the other hand, Lavender oil has soothing effect on skin, treats blemishes, reduces pain and inflammation, and it is a natural, antiseptic essential oil.

Use of lavender oil in bath tab reduces stress, fatigue, and releases exhaustion due to tension and restlessness.

If you massage 1-2 drops of lavender oil on the pressure point, below the ear, it would cure the suffocation of tension instantly.

You can use some honey and 2-3 drops of lavender oil together as natural mask for for instant glow on skin tone.

If you are facing the problem of cold sore, it is advisable to smear tree oil on it. This simple remedy would cure the issue. Adding 2-4 drops of tea tree oil in a cup of water makes a good quality mouthwash. Regular use of this mouth wash would prevent the problem of bleeding gums also.

The new moms can add 1-2 drops of tea tree oil with 3-4 drops of olive oil in the diaper of the baby. This simple herbal cure would be efficient in preventing diaper rash for the little angels.

You can add 2-3 drops of lavender oil in the massage oil of the baby; it would bring soothing effect, soft skin tone, and relaxed mood for the baby especially for the teething babies or if the baby is suffering from mild fever or from cold attack.

Smearing tea tee oil on toenails and fingernails ensures prevention from nail fungus problem; tea tree oil is a good natural antidote for athlete’s foot problem of males.

Application of lavender oil on skin against insect bite or mosquito sting impacts in calm and soothing effect.
