Treating Piles Naturally
A pile also known as hemorrhoids is a problem that is dealt with many people, especially those who suffer from heavy constipation. This occurs when the veins in the anal passage get inflamed and swollen and causes bleeding while bowel movements. Due to this a person suffering with piles feels a considerable amount of uneasiness and pain while passing stools. This is mainly seen during pregnancy, in people with a tendency to be constipated, heredity, and obesity. But this can be controlled and treated with some natural remedies at home.
Four to five figs have to be soaked in water over night and they have to be eaten first thing in the morning in an empty stomach. This has to be done for at least one month. Juice extracted from the leaves of turnip can be given to such patients alone or in combination with other juices of spinach and carrots to get effective results.
Ginger has medicinal properties, hence ginger juice taken in half a teaspoon quantity along with honey and a teaspoon of mint and lemon juice can be quite useful for piles.
Blackberry fruit with some salt works well for reducing piles. This has to taken frequently for at least three months. This is a very valuable natural cure and helps to do away with piles for a long time.
A pinch of salt and little carom seeds powder added to a glass of buttermilk is considered a good natural remedy. Buttermilk can also be taken with juice of bitter gourd leaves in the morning everyday. Bitter gourd plant roots can be made into a paste which can also act as a topical medicine for soothing piles.
Mango seeds properly dried and then powdered can be given alone or with some honey to act as a natural medicine. Banana is considered to be very rich in fiber and hence a ripe banana mashed and added to a glass of milk can act as wonder drink to bring relief for piles.
Finally a careful diet can go a long way in bringing respite from piles. A diet rich in fiber, consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables have to be taken. Spicy food should be avoided at any cost, and drinking plenty of water is must to keep the body hydrated and cure constipation.
