Toothache and Home remedy

It is one of the most terrible pains can be occurred in the midnight or in the fine morning when everything is running perfectly in fine tune and in perfect shape, anytime, anywhere and the reason for this horrible pain is tooth decay that mostly generated by faulty die and bad brushing habit. Whatever is the reason, when a tooth decays, it usually does not provide any problem unless there is any infection at the root, and pain is generally caused out of that infection in root and local gum. It is the best policy to visit the dentist chamber as early a decaying tooth is found, but if the pain recurs out of ton or in an odd hour home remedies are the perfect anti dot to restore normalcy. Thus knowing home remedies to stop, neutralize toothache is good for instant pain management.

Clove and Garlic are two natural ingredients available in home, is useful in controlling tooth ache. A clove or a clove of garlic mixed with a pinch of rock salt relieves tooth pain immediately and if the infection is not severe, it can eliminate the pain permanently.

On the other hand, clove oil, if applied in the dental cavity, relieves the pain and keeps gums and health of other teeth well.

Lemon is enriched with natural vitamin-C. It helps in curing looseness of teeth, gum infection, and bleeding from and can control toothache. It is advisable to consume certain amount of citrus fruit regularly or to consume lemon extract. It does not effect directly in tooth relief but in passive way creates resistance for tooth decay.

Pepper is another beneficial ingredient for home remedy range in managing toothache. Pepper mixed with clove oil or mixed with black salt creates instant relief for toothache and accordingly regular use of this mixture helps to prevent bleeding from gum, teeth decay, bad breath, and problem of looseness of teeth.

Apart from these instant remedies home made proper diet needs to be consumed regularly. Good brushing habit as well as use of good toothbrush is necessary to prevent the formation of plaque in teeth that destroys the calcium of teeth and makes them fragile. Regular massage of gums manually or by toothbrush bristles is good to keep them healthy. Intake of sugar needs to be controlled as it tends to make teeth week and prone to decay.
