Tips to Keep your Skin Look Younger
If you want your skin to look young, you just need to take a little effort and spare some time for your skin care regimen. Some alterations and care in diet, stress level, exposure to sun, etc will bring a lot of difference to your entire appearance making it youthful.

Use the moisturizer regularly to keep your skin hydrated. Remember, any skin care lotion can never do miracles by washing off the wrinkles or age spots just in an hour. It can work on your skin to prevent further problems and give a fresh looking skin.
Nourish from deep within: Applying beauty creams or lotions alone will not help to appear younger. You need to nourish your skin by taking the essential nutrients and pampering from the cellular level. Include a lot of fruits and vegetables in the diet. The fried food and the processed food should be avoided if you want to take care of your skin. If you are not certain about taking a balanced diet, take supplements according to your requirement.
Including antioxidants: Vitamin C and E are good source of antioxidants. They help the body to fight against the damage caused by the free radicals. It is highly beneficial to have a glass of orange juice in the morning. You may also get the antioxidant supplements if you prefer.
Drink plenty of water: Water is the best beverage for a wonderful skin. It allows the toxins to flush out and keeps the skin clear. Try to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day.
Have a good sleep: Take good rest and sleep well for atleast 6 hours. Do not sleep with your make up on. Cleanse it before you go to bed. Let your skin breathe while you take rest.
