Tips For Keeping Your Skin Glowing
October 13, 2008
Skincare is the most intricate part of beautification. There are effective make over tips to manage the flaws of eyes, facial shape, lip size, and managing under-eye dark circles by application of different kind of foundations and make over products, but unless a person is sound in health and maintains a healthy life style, cannot maintain a glowing skin. Skin reflects the strength of general health of a person and if a person owns a sound health, his/her skin will be flawless or will have minimum problem.
The most important requisition of skin is proper hydration and oil control. Cleansing face with soap-free solution as well as with adequate cold water is good for exterior health but unless by intake of sufficient water, complete hydration of the skin cells are done, suppleness of skin tissue is tough to maintain by all aspect. The first key to get a glowing skin is proper cleansing routine at least thrice a day and drinking of adequate water.
The next phase of skin care is scrubbing. This process helps to exfoliate the dead cells from the outer layer of skin and the skin gets fresh and soft. In absence of exfoliation, the dead cells make a layer on the upper surface of skin and create a dull look. Exfoliation of skin is necessary in the whole part of body but especially in open portions where skin comes in direct contact with environment and tends to accumulate more dust and dead cells require daily care of exfoliation. It is wise to use a good scrubber to manage the exfoliation process.
Next to exfoliation process, comes the turn for toning of the skin. Toning keeps the pore of the skins in proper condition and maintains the softness of the skin tone. A natural skin toner needs to be used for toning; otherwise chemical ingredients may harm the natural elasticity of the skin tone. Mixture of vinegar and rose water, or the extract of cucumber is a good natural toner.
A natural musk needs to be applied to skin to make the skin tone glowing. The musk needs to be selected depending on the skin type. If not on the whole body, the musk needs to be applied on face, neck, back and in the hands. A paste made by red sandalwood is a perfect musk for glowing skin and is appropriate for all types of skin.
