Dietitians opine that the main motive behind a diet regimen is to eat healthy and nutritious food and the chart should be maintained with an eye on balance, moderation, and variety of food types. It is better to follow a guideline in selection of diet chart to keep the food menu enjoyable for you.

Eating variety of foods and vegetables are the key to form a pleasant diet. While vegetables are the resource for vitamin and minerals, fiber, carbohydrate, and protein provide energy and vitality to our body. Dairy products also are rich in food value and the consumption of this type of food is good for our skin and excretory system.

Fruits are source for ample amount of antioxidants and vitamins. It helps to keep the immunity system vitalized. That is why fruits are must added items in the daily diet chart and preference should be given on seasonal fruits because it is the nature’s own resource to meet the demand of livelihood in form of food and nutrients.

Maintaining weight is a vital motive of following a diet routine rather the factor of weight regulates the type of diet. The body weight of a person depends on age, sex, heredity and height. As obesity created major disorder and a spontaneous inclination to related diseases, underweight structures also lack in vitality and suffer form some major problems irrespective of men or women. While maintaining a good regimen for diet, regular exercise also supports to maintain the body weight within a stipulated frame.

It is better to consume moderate quantity of food. One should eat in moderate speed otherwise there is a chance to be overeaten. Overeating initiates gaining extra weight which is not healthy from any aspect.

An ideal diet should comprise 4-5 smaller meals and there should not be any strict rule to ban any particular food unless there is any serious ailment. If someone loves to eat carbohydrate or dairy product more he/she should take it in moderate amount and at the same time should cut down on some other rich energy resource foods.

There must have some diet pitfalls with everybody and healthy diet should cover all the pitfalls happily including some of them in the daily routine but consciously by balancing the intake with some other items. This apparent liberty will make the dieter happy with his/her own preference will inspire him/her to stick to this routine religiously.
