In order to keep the bodily systems active and balanced when you are affected by thyroid it is always better to maintain a balance within the body and consume meals in a more systematic manner too. Break your regular meals into more frequent smaller meals and eat more often in smaller quantities to feel healthy and active and to balance too.

It is very natural to feel extremely sleepy when you are affected by thyroid, thus try to eat more of active foods and healthy foods to avoid these tendencies.
