Three Basic Requirement for Health in Order

Most of us born with normal health as neonatal kids and in course of time develop different kinds of diseases. However, these problems are mostly our self created and due to leading of wrong life. More we recede back from normal balanced life style, more we bend toward unhealthy conditions and develop types of ailment as we get matured by age. Unless we lead healthy life we cannot expect a healthy body and unless a person remains healthy all through his life, he cannot maintain a good and enjoyable course of life.

The rules of healthy life are minim and a few in umbers, so if a person can lead a healthy life, he can avoid burden of medicines and worry for ever in his life course.

Pure air is one of the vital necessities of our life. Whereas pure air is available in the outskirt of city, in city pure air is hardly available due to ever increasing pollution and air borne pollutants. Thus it is advisable for city dwellers to visit nearby greeneries or in the parks to breathe fresh air and inhale more oxygen.

Most of us lead a sedentary life and hardly have we taken out time for physical exercise. But for a healthy life and healthy body one must do some kind of physical exercise in order to improve blood circulation, keeping muscles active , and maintains the flexibility of  bone joints ; regular exercise aids in natural digestion and helps to be protected from different life style diseases like constipation, arthritis, migraines, and obesity, hypertension etc.

We should take three to four medium sized meal everyday in four to five hour interval. However, it is always wise to eat balanced, in slow speed, and avoid the tendency to overeat because overeating or no eating troubles digestive system and makes it poor functioning.

Boiled or filtered water needs to be taken in sufficient quantity irrespective of the season. It is not advisable to consume ice cold water or artificially cold water it hampers normal digestion process. Eating late at night is a harmful habit and immediate slip at bed after dinner should be avoided by all means to lead a healthy and balanced life. These are some ingredients for good health.
