The Basic Principles of Cleansing as Body Care

Body cleansing is a part of essential body care which keeps our skin free from infection and skin disorders. It is the external care of our body and with cleansing we remove all the pollutants comes across our body. Good and healthy skin is the first impression about a person, and by regular practicing of cleansing process only we can get a flawless clan skin.

While for cleansing there are several cosmetics, the main cleansing of our skin is done by bathing. So it is of utmost importance to take bath at least two times a day to prevent the problem of dust and dart accumulation on skin surface.

It is wise to use herbal soaps and often, especially in summer season, it is necessary to use soft loofahs to exfoliate the dead cells from the body joints and from armpits to prevent the formation of foul body odor.

However, soap and water cannot remove all the dust particles from skin surface, thus further cleansing with gentle scrubber, cleansing lotion/cleansing milk and skin toner.

Those who are fond of home made cleanser by homemade remedies can clean skin with gram flour, lemon extract 5-6 drops and turmeric powder ½ teaspoon amount.

It is better for dry skin owners to indulge for cleansing skin with cream based soap or with gram flour mixed with milk cream. While the oily skin people should use oil free cleanser for deep cleansing, dry skin owners should use cleansing milk for intricate cleansing of their skin.

Although cleansing sounds very common term and we do it as one of our routine job of body care, proper cleansing of body helps us to enjoy freedom from most of the skin infections caused by bacteria and fungus.
