Symptoms for Appendicitis
Appendicitis is the problem of appendix of human body. In this disorder, appendix gets swollen due to infection. This disorder affects people between ten to thirty years of age and in most of the cases this problem is rectified by surgical elimination of appendix. However, there might be some situation where the problem is not recognized timely and surgery for the elimination cannot be done sharply, it might create emergency situation like bursting of appendix which can lead to fatal situation of termination of life of the patient.
Generally, the main discomfort of appendicitis is pain lower abdomen; in some cases the patient might feel pain in the middle of the abdomen. Loss of appetite and regular occurrence of smelly burping is observed in the suffering patient without any kind of other symptoms like pain and discomfort of abdomen.
The patient of appendicitis might suffer from nausea and problem of frequent vomiting which might be anticipated as the problem of acid reflux in the first occurrence. However, if this problem persists long with discomfort and unusual pain in lower abdomen or middle to lower abdomen, you should consult doctor for immediate check up and medical investigation of the pain.
A patient suffering from the problem of appendicitis should show the symptom of mild to moderate e fever without showing any other visible reason for the same. With the administration of anti-fever medicine the fever may slow down but recurs in the regular interval in low intensity.
Although it may take some time to develop the matter in serious condition, but at the initial stage the patient may suffer from frequent occurrence of constipation followed by diarrhea; in some patients some change in bowel movement is set but certain discomforts in abdomen persists for a longer period of time.
Normally, appendicitis does not create the trauma of terrific pain and the pain might occur with different intensity with different persons. However if the problem of nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain persists with mild fever for a patient, it will be wise to consult a doctor at the earliest to avoid any kind of emergency situation.
