Toothache is a very common problem that may occur to anyone at anytime. It is characterized by sharp or constant pain in the teeth which often becomes difficult to bear.
It generally occurs when the teeth and gums get infected by some bacterial germs and begins to decay. This in turn occurs when a person consumes a lot of sugary substances like chocolates, candy, soft drinks and the like. Mustard oil has got immense medicinal value when it comes to healing pain. Little mustard oil can be taken with a pinch of salt to prepare a natural paste. This paste has to be rubbed on the teeth and gums gently with the finger to get relief from pain, and this will also make the teeth and gums strong.
Vanilla extract can be put on the affected tooth to get a quick respite from the pain. A mixture can be made with salt and pepper and applied on the tooth. Another useful remedy is preparing a paste of the bark of bay berry in little vinegar. This paste when applied to the teeth will heal the pain and also make the teeth stronger.
Chewing some cloves of garlic every day is very beneficial in maintaining healthy teeth as it has great anti bacterial properties. A clove of garlic can be put on the aching tooth to relieve it from pain. An excellent natural mouthwash can be made by wheat grass juice and this is very effective as it helps to kill bacteria in the gums and teeth.
The most sought after and highly useful remedy for toothache is clove oil. Clove has got antiseptic properties and if this oil is applied to the tooth, it will help to ease the pain almost instantly and also help to fight bacteria in the tooth.
Guava leaves if chewed regularly will help in bringing fast relief to the pain. Eating raw onion is also beneficial for clearing out germs and healing the pain. A mixture can be prepared by boiling Neem leaves and cloves together. This solution has to be cooled and applied regularly on the teeth.
