Some Triggering Causes and Symptoms of Tired Eyes

Nowadays we live in jet-set age and we all need to run after our daily target everyday. Excessive workload and hidden stress in our lives get reflected in our eyes and often we feel exhausted even by our eyes. When due to some external or internal reasons our eyes tend to be fatigued, we face the tired eye syndrome. Tired eyes are not fatal for eyes but it is stressful and hectic for brain and over all health system. Tired eye is not a problem; it is the reflection of internal stress of brain as well as of body.
Predominantly we can accuse our daily lifestyle behind the problem of tired eyes. However, apart from this general problem there are some other triggering issues which results in tired eyes and passive pressure for brain.
Out of those triggering issues fatigue, inadequate sleep, excessive crying or emotional stress are life style issues although these issue take active role in creating tired eye problems.
Apart from the external abstract reasons, some infections also trigger the problem of tired eyes like allergy, conjunctivitis, and impact of pollution, which result in tired eyes.
The problem of tired eyes is initiated by some habitual factors like working in front of computer without taking a brake, continuous reading for an extended time or continuous reading in dim light. As dim light creates the problem of tired eyes, similarly, the problem of glaring lights also results in tired eyes. Due to inadequate supply of oxygen to cornea, in some cases, the problem of tired eye syndrome is often observed.
The general symptoms of tired eyes are burning sensation in eyes, irritation in viewing something, heaviness felt in eyes as well as in head, bloodshot eyes, intense itchiness or watery eyes etc. In some severe degree of tiredness, dry eyes, sore eyes, photo sensitivity, sore neck, and double vision problems are observed against tired eye syndrome.
Whatever is the problem, if tired eyes syndrome recurs regularly or frequently, it is better to consult eye specialist for investigation of eye and concerned health of the suffering patient.
