Diet is an important factor in life style because due to diet, problems like low immunity, induction of life style disease like obesity, etc. are induced in health system. On the other hand, with the back up and preventive measures of diet itself the problem of life style diseases can be controlled in maximum effect. For low immunity problem also diet works as a good and active solution of the problem. In fact a balanced diet helps to keep the body in tone and helps to live young.

Although the idea of balanced diet differs from on person to another and depends on the physical condition of the person there are some average rules to maintain a healthy diet regimen. [For example, a low pressure patient’s idea diet will be a prohibited diet for a diabetic patient.]

Drinking of adequate water helps to keep the water balance in the body and prevents from dehydration. Regular intake of sufficient water is an essential part of healthy diet regimen.

Inclusion of healthy seasonal fruits is good food habit and comprises a healthy part of diet. This is a good food habit and this habit helps to supply all essential nutrients to make immunity system strong enough. As the nutrients available from all seasonal fruits are the diet recipe of Mother Nature, its utility and relevance do not require any evaluation and justification of diet laws.

It is always better to include red, tallow, green hued fruits and vegetables to consume because these edible items are full of natural falconoid and oxidants, which creates a natural resistance to fight free radicals in human body. In take of these colored fruits develop natural resistance against cancerous cells in body and promotes anti-aging process.

Taking healthy fats are beneficial. As we apply moisturizer to our skin for hydration limited and beneficial fats keeps cells hydrated from interior which results in glowing skin and bouncy hair. Handful nuts, almond, sunflower seeds are good to include in diet in recommended amount, these ingredients supply required fat for a healthy body.

Regular exercise and mineral and vitamin supplements completed the ideal diet chart. For the supplements you should consult your doctor for the best option for you.

Take one day in a week on fruit diet and water to flush out the toxin out of the body. While eating you should indulge slow eating and proper chewing of food. It helps in better digestion and restricts the tendency of over eating.
