Signs and Symptoms for Dehydration

Dehydration is the lack of required hydration level in body. It occurs when we lose more fluid than our total intake of fluids and the whole health system lacks sufficient water and other essential fluids to carry out the normal functions of our everyday life.

If the lost fluid cannot be replenished in time, it may lead to serious consequences. The general causes of dehydration include acute diarrhea, fever or extreme sweating, and vomiting. Insufficient intake of water in hot climate or intense workout schedule also triggers the spell of dehydration.
