Self Care Remedy for Thyroid Problem

There are two types of major problems caused by thyroid irregularity, first one is hypothyroidism and the second one is hyperthyroidism. Hyperthyroidism is triggered by over active thyroid glands and below the expected level of activity of thyroid gland causes the problem of hypothyroid.

The cleansing process of the entire system, rational diet regimen, and sufficient rest are the three vital pillars of recovery from the inconsistency of thyroid gland. Some naturopaths suggest for juice diet for first three days for the thyroid patient as cleansing diet and then milk diet on three more days before the patient of thyroid gradually comes back to his own menu for normal diet.

Light physical exercise helps for better blood circulation and maneuverity of body joints however, after the initial symptoms of thyroid gets subsided, the practice regimen of physical exercise should get started by the affected patient. However, physical extortion and emotional exuberance or resentment for the patient needs to be strictly prohibited for some initial month’s treatment.

Whereas fresh vegetables and fruits are advised for liberal consumption, it is wise to avoid greasy foods, tea, coffee, alcohol, white flour and unprocessed sugar from the diet chart of the thyroid patients.

Consumption of lentils, peas, bans, nuts, and cheese can be consumed in restricted amount and the vegetable protein available from these sources need to be considered as the best source for required protein for the affected patients’ dietary requirement of protein.

Black walnut is a thyroid stimulating herbal ingredient thus is considered as an efficient herbal remedy for hypothyroid patients. Consumption of ginseng helps to boost up immune system thus creates auto immunization for the thyroid disease.

Consumption of herbs like Irish moss and kelp helps curing the problem of thyroid problem if consumed in recommended doses. The recommended doses of these herbal remedies will help in curing the problem of metabolic rate, thyroid functions, blood circulation problem and the natural detoxification of body, thus helps in eliminating hormonal misbalance in body.

In case of hyperthyroidism, a narrow compress on waist followed by neck compress works well as a natural remedial treatment. This treatment should be taken at last 5 days per week. This is the way it helps in better absorption of food, reduces the intensity of hunger and an increase in reduced body weight are observed in the patient.

    i have no thyroid it was taken out with radiation and i only weighed 140 and now i weigh 206 and i don’t like it and i have to take medication for it for the rest of my life and all i want to do is loose this weight and feel better….my eyesight has gotten worse and so have my memory.so i don’t know what to do i would love to be able to get off of my medicine. and for my eyesight to get better and also my memory….so if anyone has any suggestions please email me at……
