Rotation diet plan encourages liberal consumption of foods like lettuce, cucumber, spinach, asparagus, watercress, zucchini etc. and fresh fruits like peaches, pineapples, apple, cantaloupes, oranges, grapefruit, berries, etc. However, this diet plan has no ban for beer or alcohol, tea, or coffee.
Plenty of water intakes is preferred; artificial sweetener use are not allowed during this diet plan.
Although this diet plan has some limitations like unpredictability and liberty of eating all foods in each 4th week, there are several benefits as well. Rotation diet does not restrict calorie intake and the impending promise for the free week works as great booster for the dieters. This diet hardly demands life change issues rather put focus on diet ingredients. As the metabolism rate remains unaltered during the diet, the diet never feels exhausted or hunger pangs.
