Relieving Stress with Aromatherapy
Stress is an invisible evil in our life. But we need to learn how to mange stress because nowadays somehow stress has become part and parcel of everyday life. There are different methods to manage stress; out of this wide list, aromatherapy is one of the most efficient methods which help to relieve stress and to build a natural resistance against stress.
The aromatherapy oils which help to reduce stress are jasmine, Lavender, neroli, Frankincense, orange, ylang-ylang, tangerine, chary sage, sweet marjoram and juniper. Essential oils can be used in different ways to reduce the burden of stress. Some of the easy ways of aromatherapy are described here.
You should add some favorite stress reduce oils 3-4 drops in the bath water and indulge in relaxation. You will be able to manage your stress easily.
Add 2-3 drops of favorite essential oils into massage oil or in any carrier oils and take a relaxed massage. The massage would help to get relief from stress.
Add 2-3 drops of lavender or juniper oil in a bowlful boiled water and take the steam on your face keeping your head and hair covered. It will help to get rid of stress.
If you are in a restless condition due to stress and its burden, you need to pour 2-3 drops of aroma oil on the elbow pulse points or on the pulse points near ear. It would help you almost instantly to face the tight situation in a relaxed way.
You can add 3-4 drops of lavender oil in yogurt or in meshed fruit; retail the mask on face for 25-30 minutes and then wash off with running water.
Add some essential oil with your favorite aroma on the pillow at the bedtime; it will ensure you deep sleep and next morning you would be free from depression. Lavender is the best option for this aroma use therapy.
Make a candle and pour some stress relieve oil in it; its sweet fragrance would cure the traumatic and suffocating pressure of stress.
