Natural Cures For Psoriasis

Psoriasis is an inflammatory disease of the skin which is characterized by itchy, flaky skin. The skin affected by psoriasis  appears to be thick and red in color. A number of factors like changes in climatic conditions, stress, hereditary factors etc. are assumed to be responsible for psoriasis.

Having bath in water containing Epsom salts helps reduce the itching and is a very good remedy for psoriasis. You can also take fish oil supplements or apply fish oil on the affected area as fish oils possess anti-inflammatory properties. These simple natural cures will surely help you keep the symptoms of psoriasis at bay.
