Water is another name of life. It is an essential element for our living. However, apart form its wide array of benefits water itself acts best as a natural medicine against some physical disorders. Dehydration is caused due to lack of hydration in the cells. In case of minor dehydration, simple and slow sip of water sipping helps to overcome the crisis.

A patient of constipation need to take at least two glass of water in the early morning in empty stomach, however, a mild purgative can be made by mixing two tea spoon full lemon juice into a glass full water.
