Natural Cure Process for Seborrheic Dermatitis

Seborrhea is caused due to accumulation of sebum deposits and it looks like dandruff flakes on skin.It is wise to consult a doctor to treat seborrhea; however a few self- care treatments may initiate efficient recovery from this harmful condition as a supportive healing process.
Regular use of Aloe Vera products helps a lot in treatment of dandruff. Before shampooing, you need to massage aloe Vera gel on scalp and leave it for 10 minutes; dandruff will go away by a few treatments.
Regular application of lime juice on hair scalp helps a lot in reducing dandruff due to the problem of seborrhea dermatitis.
You need to soak a handful fenugreek seeds overnight in boiled lukewarm water; in the morning you need to make powder out of the water soaked fenugreek seeds and apply it on the scalp. You need to retain the application for 15-20 minutes followed by thorough wash by shampoo.
Make a decoction of neem leaves and after cooling it off, use the water after proper straining from the decoction on the affected patches.
Regular massage of scalp with lemon juice treated coconut oil helps in minimizing the bothering effect of seborrhea dermatitis. You should apply hot water soaked towel on head and leave the oil on scalp for 2-3 hours. The oil should be washed with mild shampoo and needs to be repeated by 2-3 times per week.
Using rinse of thyme or of chaparral as hair rinse works well in herbal treatment of seborrhea. You can also use oak bark tea as hair rinse against the problem of dandruff and hair loss due to seborrhea dermatitis.
Hop root decoction works fine against seborrhea dermatitis. This decoction should be applied on hair externally. This herbal remedy cures seborrhea and works as excellent hair tonic.
Nettle water can be formed after boiling nettle herb into boiling water, on cooling, add 2-3 teaspoon apple cider vinegar in it. You need to wash your hair with this herbal wash for getting rid of seborrhea caused dandruff from your scalp.
Fresh decoction of rosemary leaves helps in side effect less elimination of seborrhea, regular use of this decoction works as an excellent hair lotion.
