Natural Cure of Anemia

Anemia is the deficiency of red blood particles in blood count and that is the reason it is called the disorder of blood. Hemoglobin carries oxygen from lungs to different parts of body; due to lacking in hemoglobin, the supply of oxygen becomes inadequate causing dizziness, fatigue, and other related disorders tending to abnormal weakness. Brittleness in nails and paleness in skin are the main symptoms of anemia apart from other physiological symptoms.

Diet plays a major role in curing anemia in a natural way. Iron and vitamin B-12 enriched food is the best food supplement of anemia; in animal protein these two elements are found in major amount, so regular consumption of animal liver, soy products and spinach is beneficial for anemia affected patients.

Beet is a reliable source for iron as well as for vitamin-B12. Beet juice contains potassium, phosphorous, iodine, calcium, copper, carbohydrate, protein, fat, sulfur, vitamin B1, B6, B2, Niacin and vitamin-P, and due to this rich content it works fine in building red blood corpuscles effectively and maintains a standard body power. Beet can be consumed in cooked condition, or in salad form, or in the form of juice.

Fenugreek seed are good source of iron and that is why consumption of this spice in cooking or in raw grinded condition with water boosts up the blood formation process and its rich iron content helps in building body resistance and immunity power.

Lettuce and spinach is a reliable source for vitamin-B12, VitaminB6 as well as of iron and thus effective for especially vegetarian diet followers as a quick healer of anemia.

Soy beans and sesame seeds are good preventives of anemia for their rich iron content and other nutrients causing good natural remedy for anemia management. Sesame seeds soaked in water grounded and strained properly need to be consumed with milk and sugar which works miracle on the anemia affected patients.

Honey is natural preventive of anemia for its rich nutrient proportion. It can be consumed with banana, strawberry, and black grape, plums in salad or in other fruit juices. Raisins, celery, tomatoes help curing anemia.

Regular bathing in cold water helps cure of anemia. Sunbath initiates formation of RBC as well as light exercise and medium brisk walking helps to rejuvenate the immunity system. Consumption of tea coffee needs to be minimum so that its strong property cannot make body iron preventive by any means.
