Snoring is a health related problem that never disturbs the affected person but the person aside him/her. Although it is a harmless trouble, having no threat on life but causes quite a nuisance due to this noisy problem in his health system.
Snoring is caused by the vibration of soft palate in the mouth.
There are a lot of possibilities behind the cause of palate vibrations. The fleshy part formed by uvula and palate between the tonsils vibrate with each breath causes snoring. In some cases the narrowing of the airway results in turbulence and noisy snoring and this tendency of narrowing of the airway is originated by the tendency of choking air passage in the nose.
Snoring is absolutely audible a problem and causes tremendous problem in the surroundings. Sometimes deep breathing is one of the visible associated problems of snoring.
