Natural Cure For Sciatica

Sciatica is a pain on the back side of a person which is caused by the pressure on the sciatic nerve prom a damaged disk. The disk damage may be caused by pinched nerve, slipped disc, ruptured disk etc.
The common causes for sciatica are extended external pressure on the nerve, pressure on nerve from near distant body structures, due to an injection into buttock; some times the pain is triggered by entrapment of the nerve while it passes it through a narrow structure.
