Natural Cure for Peptic Ulcer

Peptic ulcer is found in digestive system; it is formed as a battered wound in the internal lining of the stomach as well as in the inner wall of the digestive spiral track, called duodenum. The ulcer in the stomach is termed as gastric ulcer and the ulcer in the duodenum is called duodenum ulcer. The combined versions of these two ulcers are termed as peptic ulcer.

Lime is one of the most useful remedies of ulcer. Citric acid and mineral salt present in citrus juice helps to digest food, thus, helps in building immunity of the ulcer affected patient. Cabbage is another effective and supportive medicine for reducing the pain and problems of ulceration. Cabbage leaf needs to be boiled in water for at least 45 min, in low heat. After cooling the water need to be consumed.
Fenugreek seeds are to be soaked in water and need to be consumed regularly in the morning. The soaked water of fenugreek is slightly mucilaginous in nature and it provides a layer on the wound thus reduces the pain and discomfort.
