Natural Cure for Peptic Ulcer

Peptic ulcer is found in digestive system; it is formed as a battered wound in the internal lining of the stomach as well as in the inner wall of the digestive spiral track, called duodenum. The ulcer in the stomach is termed as gastric ulcer and the ulcer in the duodenum is called duodenum ulcer. The combined versions of these two ulcers are termed as peptic ulcer.

The symptoms of peptic ulcer are severe pain and abrupt irritation in the upper part of abdominal system. As there are two ulcers feeling of discomfort retains for the day long. After meal due to activity of stomach, gastric ulcer starts paining, and in the intermediate period between meals, duodenal ulcer creates suffering for the affected person. In the advanced stage of this disorder, distension of stomach, abnormal flatulence, tension, irritation, blood stain in stool are observed and general in taking of food is greatly affected. Peptic ulcer can be the result of hyperacidity created in stomach and in some cases irregular intake of food causes this severe ailment.

Although this kind of ulceration needs long–term treatment and regular life style including simple diet some natural cure processes can provide better relief for pain and continuation of the processes accelerate the recovery time.

Consuming banana is a good remedy for ulceration; in fact for its instant relief providing attributes it is called vitamin-U, which stands as the quality remedy for ulceration. Banana can reduce the irritation of acidity and provides a coating on the stomach wound thus provided food in take slightly painless.

Lime is one of the most useful remedies of ulcer. Citric acid and mineral salt present in citrus juice helps to digest food, thus, helps in building immunity of the ulcer affected patient. Due to proper food intake, the evacuation rate becomes satisfactory that provides relief for the ulcer pain and discomfort.

Cabbage is another effective and supportive medicine for reducing the pain and problems of ulceration. Cabbage leaf needs to be boiled in water for at least 45 min, in low heat. After cooling the water need to be consumed.

Fenugreek seeds are to be soaked in water and need to be consumed regularly in the morning. The soaked water of fenugreek is slightly mucilaginous in nature and it provides a layer on the wound thus reduces the pain and discomfort.
