Natural Cure For Nausea
Nausea is a discomfort in body that initiates some feelings for vomiting although in most cases there is no vomiting followed by the discomfort of nausea. In fact, nausea it self is not any ailment or not a disorder but a symptom of some other disease. When the root cause is detected and accordingly treatment takes place, the problem of nausea goes off.
Symptoms of nausea include stomach pain, dizziness, and sweating and certain kind of discomfort in body.
You can add a small piece of ginger or 1-2 teaspoon of ginger extract in one cup of tea and sip it slowly to comfort throat.
Consumption of chamomile or peppermint tea is good for health and manages the discomfort of nausea.
Taking a few spoons of wheat germ mixed with lukewarm milk helps in reducing the discomfort of nausea.
Consumption 2-3 teaspoon cumin seed reduces the intensity of nauseatic feeling.
Rice water is a good anti-dote for nausea; after straining rice from rice water, it should be consumed in slow sip in lukewarm temperature.
Gingerroot capsules are good remedy to control the intensity of nausea; ever kind of nausea can be reduced on this remedy but in case of chronic nausea you need to consume capsules regularly for at least 5-7 days.
Sometimes nausea is caused by induced pregnancy. In that case you need to consume a 1 tablespoon cider vinegar with 1 teaspoon of natural honey in a glass of cold water before finally retiring to bed.
Certain non-carbonated syrup is available as the instant remedy for nausea. Consumption of 2-3 tablespoon of non-carbonated syrup helps to heal the problem. Certain percentage of carbohydrate is present in these kinds of syrups that soothe the ailing stomach and the intensity of nausea gets reduced.
The aroma of citrus fruit like lemon, orange is excellent remedy to reduce the strain of nausea and it works instantly. You can simple smell one half cut lemon or one slice orange and will definitely feel better from the dull effect of nausea.
