Natural Cure for Motion Sickness

Motion sickness is not a disease but a limitation or stringent problem of a few people. For all of us motion impacts in certain amount, and our body can cope with the speed somehow. Or in other way the problem with motion, in case of average person, remains within the limit of tolerance.
There are symptoms like nausea, headache, and loose motion kinds of irritating problem, which make the affected person feeling out of his own control. There are no specific medicines for this ailment but some natural process can impact positively to reduce the intensity of this problem while on move.
The person having the tendency to feel motion sickness tries to avoid food before a journey assuming that empty stomach will cause less problem of nausea or vomiting. In reality, empty stomach may cause more trouble, it is safe to consume some digestible cracker before one hour of commencing the journey, it will prevent vomiting tendency in most of the cases.
Ginger is an excellent remedy for motion sickness. While you are on a journey you can keep some piece of ginger with you and chewing some raw ginger may help to stop the problem of nausea. You can plan to make a syrup by boiling 8-10 pieces of small gingers in water and the water to be boiled for 10-15 minutes. The ginger pieces need to taken out, and the ginger smelled water needs to be mixed with 3-4 tablespoon of honey. On journey whenever you will feel nauseatic, his syrup consumption is small amount will ease the problem.
Consumption of low fat meal one hour before starting the journey will help you to control the problem of motion sickness. If you can take some amount of apple juice along with this low fat food your control over intensity of motion sickness will obviously be better.
Slowly sip a hot cup of tea preferably with ginger pinch. If you have taken a little meal sometime before the journey, hot tea will work like a miracle. But if you are in empty stomach trying this remedy will aggravate the problem of vomiting.
Sucking some ice cubes may prevent from ailing your stomach and will cease the attack of nausea.
If you are on a journey and suffering fro motion sickness sucking some peppermint lozenges may turn down the intensity of attack instantly.
