Natural cure for Constipation

Constipation is a common ailment of fast urban life that causes incomplete evacuation of bowels from digestive tract. Although it is not a fatal problem, but if this problem persists for long, it may be a symptom of fatal disease like cancer, high blood pressure, rheumatism, arthritis, appendicitis, and serious eye problems like cataract or glaucoma.
