Natural Cure for Canker Sore
Canker sore is a sore inside mouth that gives burning sensation, difficulty in taking food, in brushing, and creates a scratchy feeling inside the mouth. Canker sore is painful and irritating also. It looks like a white sore with red edge and most found under the tongue, in the inner side of the lips and inside the cheeks. In worst case it lasts for 2 week time.
There is no exact reason known for the occurrence of canker sore. It is granted that the problem is associated with assorted conditions like menstruation, nutrition factor, injury, food allergy, and some how with genetic factors.
Canker sore in general gets cured naturally and goes way without any medical intervention. Still if it seems to be irritating and painful problem, there are some good and effective natural care ways to provide relief on its pain.
For the time being it is better to avoid hot and spicy food, it aggravates the pain of the sore. Doing gargle with lukewarm water and apple cider vinegar is one of the most effective remedy to heal canker soar. Consuming live yogurt and perler of garlic reduces the existence of canker sore on mouth.
Crushed sesame seed can be crushed in order to make a fine paste. The paste can be applied to canker sore directly to reduce the pain as well as to treat this problem effectively.
Alum is a natural antiseptic. Applying alum on the wound at night with a cotton ball helps to reduce the infection as well as the intensity of pain in the wound. Although alum tastes bad, it is an effective remedy to heal the problem.
Applying hydrogen peroxide heals the wound of canker sore fast. In 1:1 proportion the combination of water and hydrogen peroxide needs to be applied on the sore for 3-5 a day. But this remedy does not soothe the paining irritation caused by the wound.
As a supportive diet you can eat 3 fresh kiwis per day. It helps to treat the wound. Use Aloe Vera as a moth rinse, it will soothe the pain and discomfort caused by the wound.
You can gargle in salty water, or else, mix cinnamon with lukewarm hot water and indulge in frequent gargling with this aromatic water to treat the mouth ulcer.
