Natural Cure For Breast Feeding Problems

Breast feeding is an essential part of caring and nursing the newborn babies. Not only mother’s milk is the best food for the new born baby, but it makes baby well developed with a well developed immunity system. Puffiness is a common issue in breast feeding problem. In this situation, due to activation of mammalian gland, inflammation takes place in breast and due to poor elasticity of skin the nipple area becomes sensitive. This makes for the mother to feed her baby with natural comfort.

Chamomile helps to restore normalcy in puffy breast and sensitive skin. Gentle massage with olive oil helps to remove the sensitivity of nipple region of breast.

Feeding baby within short interval helps to minimize the sensitivity of the lactating breast.

This is an emergency situation; in this case stop feeding the baby with the infected breast and consul a doctor at the earliest.

With the medicine you can take hot compress by towel and alfalfa juice to soothe the discomfort.

Low quantity milk is another problem with some cases. Consumption of fenugreek seeds with water/milk twice a day helps to improve breast milk quantity.
