The most painful and worst form of headache is the migraine. Migraine usually comes with sharp poundings and severe pain and affects your eyes, forehead and one of sides of your head.

Or simply crush cabbage leaves and put this mixture on your forehead and relax. The same can be done with lemon too. Finally avoid stress, excessive tea, coffee, spicy food, alcohol, smoking etc to prevent migraine attack.
