Menopause Symptoms
Menopause is a biological phase and it should not be considered as medical illness. The symptoms of menopause seem to be disrupting in nature which induces depression and stress in the life of the menopausal lady.There are different symptoms for menopause; however, the intensity of menopausal symptoms varies from one person to another. The general symptoms of menopause are narrated here.
One of the prime symptoms for menopause is hot flush; it is like a sudden sensation of hot flow passing from spine to downward or upward motion. Hot flushes are treatable and it mostly happens at night.
While a lady is in her menopause cycle, initially, the menstrual bleeding becomes extremely irregular and unpredictable; a sudden decline in sexual drive is one of the major symptoms for menopause.
Due to drop of estrogen level in menopausal women, they often suffer from the problem of vaginal dryness. This is the reason, menopausal ladies face problem in maintaining sexual relation and feel pain while having sexual intercourse. In general, vagina becomes itchy, dry, and infection prone.
Unconditional fatigue, mood swing, and emotional crisis are the inevitable crisis points for menopause phase. However, intensity of these symptoms varies from one to another lady.
In menopausal phase women face thinning of normal hair and pubic hair due to hormonal change in body; at the same time a group of women face the problem of occurrence of facial hair.
Sleep disorder is one of the major disturbing symptoms for menopause. However while some women face this problem with severe intensity, some women do not face this problem at all.
Additionally a menopausal lady faces problem in concentrating, faces problem of disorientation, and suffer from mental confusion. Disturbance of memory loss also is a recurring problem often faced by ladies in their menopausal phase.
Dizziness, lightheadedness, and loss of balance are other recurring symptoms for menopause.
In menopause phase, the problem of weight gain remains one of the main disturbing issues. Change of internal hormonal arrangement is one of the major reasons for induction of obesity. Incontinence is another obesity related problem also starts disturbing women of this phase.
Sudden change in digestive system, proneness to allergy, spell of bloating, brittleness in nails, change of body odor, palpitation, depression, anxiety, frequent moos swing, panic disorder, breast pain, nagging headache, body pain, burning tongue, etc, problem are considers other symptoms of menopause problem.
In addition to these symptoms, gum problems, osteoporosis and wrinkle formation on skin tone are other recurring problems of menopause.
