It has soy rice peptides, retinol, and pentapeptides - among other ingredients. I ordered it and was actually surprised...after a night of having it on I could have sworn my dark undereye circles had faded a bit. Thought I might be hallucinating, but I continued using it. By the time I reached the end of the bottle I was impressed - my dark circles had faded and the skin quality around my eyes had improved a lot. I've been using it since and love it.
