Pregnancy is one of the most delightful phases of women’s life. However, there is certain unpredictability in this phase concerning child birth which may initiate hidden stress in the would-be-mothers. Gracefully, coping with the burden of implicit stress is an integral part of pregnancy management.

Some natural remedies are described here which aids in efficient stress management because stressful life interferes adversely in normal pregnancy course.

Sometimes an implicit insecurity prevails in the mind of the carrying lady; this problem gets intensified if a working lady leaves her professional life and stays at home and she has to sacrifice her materialistic gains for the time being.

Making a positive lookout and attitude is the main resource for stress management in pregnancy. You need to cherish the memory of your mother or your mother –in –law about the memories of their pregnancy; you can plan some future plan with your husband etc. for your pleasure, these positive assistance will help to overcome stress.

Balanced diet is one of the main concerns about pregnancy which helps to supply energy and helps to enjoy every details of this phase. You should eat some feel-good- foods with prior permission and suggestion from your doctor, you should regularly consume adequate water to keep yourself fit and fine. Once you will maintain a good diet, you will be able to mange the major portion of your stress by your own.

With prior permission from your doctor and being supervised by a yoga instructor you can start some yoga session; regular practice of meditation will calm and quite the mental turmoil. If there is any topsy-turvy in mind about pregnancy and post-delivery life, it will be managed by the tranquil effect of meditation.

You should take adequate rest in order to stay fit during pregnancy and in post-pregnancy period. If you can sleep well, your physical system will get rejuvenated and hardly would you be under adverse impact of stress.

If you are cleanliness freak, during the final trimester of pregnancy you may find chaos everywhere and you cannot manage anything efficiently because of your slog speed and lethargy. This time you need to take a helping hand to assist you in work.

When you would not be compelled to act frequently, you will be able to avoid stress due to your temporary inability to manage anything as you use to do in the pre-pregnancy life.
