Managing Joint-Pain by Easy Home Cure Process

Joint pain is terrible misery for the sufferers as it makes life miserable with sharp pain as well as makes movement difficult to manage. However, there are a few easy to manage tips which can help to control the problem of joint pain as well as helps preventing this painful disorder in body.

Taking warm bath in a relaxed manner helps wonderfully for reducing pain in the joints and makes movement slightly improved.

Gentle massage in the affected area with oil, for example, garlic mustard oil, warm olive oil, apple cider vinegar, or sesame oil helps reducing the joint pain.

A decoction need to be made with papaya seeds and boiled water and this decoction is to be used for preparing herbal tea. Consumption of this special herbal tea regularly for 2-3 weeks improves the problem pain and inflammation of the joints.

Cloves of garlic need to be fried in butter for consumption with steamed rice. This simple home care remedy will take care of the joint pain if this remedy is maintained religiously for one week.

Consumption of ripe bananas is helpful for controlling the problem of joint pain as well as it helps in curing the inflammation of the swollen joints. Consumption of carrot juice mixed with lemon juice is a simple but effective home cure treatment for joint pain.

The patient of joint pain should consume porridge made with winter cherry, clarified butter, and molasses in empty stomach and this remedy needs to be continued for 15-20 days. This simple home made recipe will reduce the intensity of joint pain promptly.

You need to make a combination of honey and apple cider vinegar [2 table spoon apple cider vinegar and 2-3 teaspoons of honey] and should add this combination in glassfuls of lukewarm water. The patient of joint pain should consume this mixture of apple cider vinegar, honey, and water, which works fine as an easy remedy for joint pain.

Alternative application of hot and cold compress on the affected joint provides relief for the joint pain. Regular exercise helps to maintain proper maneuverity for the bone joints and reduces joint pain. Regular gentle massage with methyl salicylate, camphor, menthol, and eucalyptus oil combination reduces joint pain.
