Perimenopause is the transitional period before menopause setting when the lady starts feeling some sort of irregularities in her menstrual cycle accompanied by complications like hot flush, mood swing, and unconditional irritations. Menopause in generally starts at the age of 50-55 but the symptoms of Perimenopause may start bothering women from their late 30’s to early 40’s of age.

Although menopause sets in average 50-55 of age of a woman, Perimenopause tends to set in average women by 40-45 years of age .Out of an extensive study, a fact has been revealed that over-exposure to environmental toxins is one of the main reasons for setting early Perimenopause in average women, where stress is another dominant reason for this faster initiation of perimenopuse in today’s social scenario.

However, when a lady is in Perimenopause cycle and she is still having her period, irrespective of irregularities, it is possible to restore the lost normalcy in menstrual cycle and delay the setting of menopause by certain modification of life style issues.

Once you are experiencing some of the irritating symptoms for Perimenopause, you should start doing light exercise at the first occurrence. Exercise improves blood circulation level of body, brain function and logical frame of mind.

In order to live a healthy life and to prevent early occurrence of menopausal syndrome, maintaining a normal stress life is a pre-requisite. You should try to lead a tranquil live and thus you need to have some healthy hobbies or some favorite pastimes to promote the well-being of leisure. Enjoying humor and funny events is also a life style factor which keeps hormone arrangement alive and delays setting in of menopause.

Keeping a close watch on stress generation, helps efficiently in delaying menopausal syndrome. You can try remedies like yoga, pranayam, meditation, relaxation therapy, and hypnosis in order to deal with this problem.

A strict diet would certainly be helpful in reducing stress level and also it helps in making immunity system strong. Organic foods are free from environmental toxins and thus it is better to consume organic food to resist some minor but obvious signs of ensuing menopause.

Consumption of tea, coffee, carbonated drinks and junk foods should be avoided by all means. Once you can maintain the normal life style quotient and can delay menopause in its true sense.
