You may take two slices of cucumber and you need to place one slice of cucumber on each of the eyes, take rest with closed eyes; the soothing effect of cucumber will pacify the discomfort of tired eyes.
Washing eyes with cold water, frequently, helps in curing the problem of tired eyes. The chillness and sublime effect of water-wash helps in reducing the tiredness from eyes.
Sometimes emotional crisis induces puffiness in eyes and due to stress eyes seem to be tired. In these situations milk soaked cotton ball should be placed on closed eye lids. This simple herbal remedy will literally soak the puffiness from the eyes and you would be relieved from the discomfort of your tired eyes.
You should take small bowlful water and add 3-4 drops of lavender oil in it. You need to soak two cotton balls in this lavender treated water and should placedĀ the water-soaked cotton balls on closed eyelids.
The cotton balls should be retained for 10-15 minutes, it would help immensely in reducing the discomfort of tired eyes. In case you do not have lavender oil with you can drop 2-3 drops of perfume in the water bowl.
