You can make a decoction with mustard seeds and boiled water and when the decoction will be cooled off, you can use it as nasal drop to cure the nasal congestion. However, you should prepare fresh decoction for everyday use. Alternatively, inhaling eucalyptus oil also helps to cure the discomfort of nasal congestion.
Regular consumption of grape juice is beneficial for the relief from sinus problem.
Severe headache is one of the main discomforts of sinus. Smearing an herbal paste made of cinnamon and water on forehead of the sinus patient helps to get relief from sinus headache.
Alternatively, you can make a paste of milk and ginger and needs to apply the paste on the forehead of the sinus suffering patient.
