How To Fall Asleep Fast

Stress and tension have become part and parcel of our lives. Willingly or unwillingly we run after our targets,  and  often finish our days with loads of exhaustion;  ultimately  we go  to bed with lots of tension which hampers normal flow of sleep.

Takings sleeping pills or boozing at bedtime may make the case even worse. A few natural remedies are mentioned here for lulling with natural sleep.

Bedtime routine is an important factor for sound sleep for those who lack  good night’s sleep. For example, you can take a relaxed shower before going to bed or read a book for some time before you switch off to sleep regularly. Once you will incorporate these habits in your life, your body will consider these activities as a signal for relaxation and for a  sleep session ahead.

Enjoying relaxation method before bedtime induces sound sleep in its immediate result. Relaxation method can be practiced at bed time with the help of deep breathing process. While you will practice the auto relaxation method on all your body parts gradually, it will put you into deep sleep gradually. Feeling sleepy is the best natural way to be in sleep.

While you are trying to fall asleep you should better think of a sweet situation. If possible try ruminating a seaside or hill side scene; while you ill start enjoying virtually, you will fall asleep within a while.

Music therapy is a wonderful natural remedy for sound sleep. Soft classical, vocal or instrumental, music pacifies nerve irritation and creates a serene and tranquil atmosphere all around. Gradually you will feel the surge of sleep flowing in your brain.

You can drop 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow; it will bring a tranquil effect on your mind. Sandalwood oil also would serve the same purpose.

Do not indulge in watching television or movie before or in bedtime. It will simply excite your nerves and you will feel problem in feeling sleepy.

Darkness induces sleep faster, so if you are not claustrophobic, put off the light in your bedroom before going to bed.

Never use dark and bright color in bedroom, instead use soothing colors, like blue, sea green, lemon yellow etc.
