Most often we maintain nutritious diet for hair externally to get the natural shinning bounce in hair; however, maintaining a healthy diet regimen helps to make better growth of hair and its natural shine from fulfilling the demand for nutrients. On the other hand, poor diet, erratic food habits and selection of crash diets for instant weight loss program affects the growth and health of hair negatively.
To have overall good health for hair and satisfactory hair growth, you have to indulge on protein diet. Proteins are responsible for building new cells and growth for hair follicles as because the presence of amino acids in it. The list of beneficial amino acids which proves beneficial for hair growth are cystine, cysteine, methionine, lysine, and argininine; these amino acids are all available in meats, fish, poultry airy products and in consumption of eggs.
Therefore inclusion of these proteins in your regular diet is highly beneficial recommended quantity. As per the dietician’s opinion 15% of total intake calorie should come from protein food source.
Those who are vegetarian and take vegetable diet can intake adequate amount of protein from consumption of Soya product, grains, nut and seeds.
Low-carb diets are very popular nowadays for weight control programs; however, while following these diet regiments mostly we remain unaware that we are achieving our goal at the cost of the health of our hair. Anyway it is better to come a middle way where the intake of carb should of low but productive; this will control weight as well as provide the required nutrients and vitamins required for tissue formation and other productive tasks.
Instead of taking sugar and white flour, it is better to go for healthy carbohydrates like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and brown rice to fulfill the demand of carbohydrate in body.
Fat is harmful for health but you have to have some amount of it to keep the hair healthy and shinning. If you take sea fish or lean meat in grilled condition, it will help you to get the minimum fat out of it. Eating junk food is not a good option and in this way you can consume greater count of fat in health system.
Thus to maintain good hair health you need to indulge on use of reliable hair products, smart and nutritious diet and adequate relaxed rest which helps to manage the burden of stress and to keep you hair shinning and bouncy around the year.
