One teaspoon of honey with five teaspoon of cinnamon powder makes a paste and if this paste can be applied on an aching tooth, it reduces the toothache and continuous use of this paste makes this pain vanish.
Immediate relief from flatulence can be achieved by intake of honey and cinnamon paste in 2:1 proportion. In India, it is popular home remedy to manage flatulence.
A paste of cinnamon powder and honey in 5:1 proportion can be applied on pimple strain area for immediate result. This paste needs to be used before retiring to bed and washed in morning. It destroys acne from it roots and prevents to recur again on skin.
Honey and cinnamon paste is a good remedy for natural weight loss remedy. One teaspoon of honey with ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder needs to be added in a cup of water and the water needs to be cool down. This mixture needs to be consumed at night and in the morning before 30 minutes of the breakfast.
