Smoking is addictive, thus it is difficult to overcome the addiction. It takes rather long time to get rid off this habit; self-motivation and imposing self-discipline is the best way to overcome this habit. There are some home remedies available which can work as supportive process to terminate this habit for ever and to cope with the withdrawal symptoms of this addiction.

In take of sufficient water causes flushing out of toxin from the body and thus the intensity of withdrawal symptom gets reduced. Water drinking also works as antidote of the habit of smoking.

Whenever you will feel the initiative to smoking, apply some salt or rock salt on the tip of your tongue. Continue this process for 1month daily, you will find to lessen the urge of smoking gradually. Otherwise, when you feel the intense urge of smoking, you can keep a sugar candy below our tongue.

You should indulge drinking a lot of carrot and celery juice, this juicy combination helps to neutralize the urge to smoke.

Those are trying to overcome from the habit of smoking or you are insisting your close pals for quitting this habit can use this remedy of aromatherapy. Make an air spray mixing lavender, cedar, tea tree, lemon, and orange essential oil together in 160 ml water and spray around, this spray will influence in reducing the intensity of smoking urge.

Orange juice has the elementary quality to flush out nicotine out of the body. Consumption of orange juice twice daily helps to get rid off the harmful nicotine out of the system as well as to leave this harmful addiction permanently.

Drinking grape juice regularly is beneficial for body; it initiates the urge to quit smoking. Grape seed extract taken as juice helps to repair damage lungs thus helps to reduce the intensity of smoking habit.
