Home Remedy for Knee Pain

In our regular course of activities and in initiative to change our postures from sitting to standing condition or vice versa knee takes an active part to make the maneuverity and flexibility in its proper scale. So knee pain is felt not only as painful but also as terribly hazardous as the problem of easy movement is related to healthy condition of knee.

Home remedies for knee is for primary cure for knee; it is better in case of knee pain to take rest for a few hours initially to observe if it has lowered the pain. You can try one or two home remedies. However, with next 48 hours if there is no improvement in knee pain and still you are feeling pain and difficulty to move, you need to consult an orthopedic surgeon immediately.

You can try hot pack or hot compress for the affected and paining knee and then try to avoid frequent ups and downs where the knee will be again stressed.

Make a smooth paste by mixing garlic paste, turmeric, wheat, and clarified butter, and apply the mixture on the paining knee.

If knee pain has occurred due to excessive work or exhaustion it may pain. In this case crushed ice needs to be placed in a bag on the paining knee. It is better if hot and cold therapy can be applied alternatively; it could be the right process to set back knee in its own position.

In case of muscular pain message with coconut oil or with mustard oil with 2-3 cloves of garlic can release the pain.

Vinegar is also great for pain relief of knee and to do this therapy you have to soak a small towel (hanky type) in vinegar and place it on the paining knee.

Warm bath with Epsom salt is good and beneficial for those suffering from knee pain.

When the intensity of the knee pain will be reduced it is better to do some exercises in the morning; it will boost up blood circulation hence it will reduce the knee pain in its ultimate result.
