Home Remedy for Heatstroke

As evident from name, heat strokes are occurred due to heat rather over exposure in heat. Although the problem of heatstroke is not always an alarming problem but the whole episode of heat stroke causes sudden jerking to health system and makes the affected person weak and losing control on own. The home remedies are easy preventive of the physical crisis due to the situation and helps to fight the crisis if necessary.

Onions are great precautionary remedy of heat stroke and o recommended consumption helps to cure the problem and reduces the symptoms of the problem of heat stroke. The person, who tends to face exposure in sun, should consume onion in diet as salad and should smear onion pulp on the forehead and ear area and the poultice will surely reduce the burning sensation due to this problem.

Take an onion and fry it in a fry pan in chopped condition and then add some cumin powder and sugar in it. Before going out it is necessary to consume the fried and spiced onion as it helps to overcome the hurdles and possibilities of heat stroke.

Soak some plum into boiled cooled water and after some time mash the plums with clean hand with the water in which these were soaked. Strain the water and drink it before going to bed. This decoction helps relieving the irritation and discomfort due to heat stroke as well as helps to comfort the panic attack caused by the same.

There is chance for getting induced in fever due to heat stroke. It is wise to pour water on the head on and on unless the fever is relieved.

Tamarind is a natural remedy for release of fever due to heat stroke. You need to boil certain amount of tamarind in water and then needs to strain the decoction in normal temperature. Add sugar in it as per the taste and drink it at last two times per day to get rid off the temperature fluctuation of body.

Indian gooseberry is a good natural remedy for heat stroke if you feel drowsy. Take some decoction out of gooseberry and water and strain it to make a good drink. Add some sugar and honey in it. On 2-3 times consumption of this decoction you will be knock off the problem of drowsiness.
