Anxiety is caused by over stress in our life. It is experienced by palpitation, nervous strain, and slight disorder caused by panic attack. Sometimes anxiety related issues put us in dire restlessness. The general symptoms of anxiety are palpitations, muscle tension, dry mouth, sweating, acute lacking in concentration, gasping which is termed as hyper ventilation, queasy feeing in stomach, and a strong anticipation of something disastrous ahead.
Anxiety is all about panic attack and the effective remedy is lying with stress management. One needs to recognize the trigger of anxiety and accordingly plan to manage stress. Although, it is purely psychological management process, some home remedies are available, which can bring some effective change in crisis management.
Aroma of orange is perfect antidote for anxiety and stress and it works as stress reliever. You can drop orange in a pot of bide water and can take the vapor, or simply, after peeling off, can inhale the fragrance. One cup orange juice along with 2 tablespoons honey and I teaspoon nutmeg works anti stress medicine and reduces palpitation and rapid heart rate immediately.
Inhaling rosemary essential oil can sooth anxiety. Put some rosemary dried herb in the boiling water to keep it boiling for next 15 min and sip the water in like warm condition to get back mental stability.
Add two cups of celery, and two onions in grated condition in our food or in salad, it helps to overcome restlessness caused by nervousness.
In a bath tab soak 1/3 cup of baking sod and 1/3 cup of ginger, and indulge a relaxing bath in lukewarm water to remove stress from your nerve.
8-10 almond in raw condition should be soaked in water. After peeling of the nuts in blended condition add milk one teaspoon nutmeg with a pinch of ginger in it. You need to consume this finally before retiring to bed. This remedy works excellent in soothing stress nerves.
Indulge free hand exercise and medication regularly. Physical exercise soothes nerve, improves blood circulation and meditation helps to concentrate more. All these situations reduce stress and anxiety of a anxiety stricken patient.
