Alopecia is the loss of hair problem. When the hair fall starts in an alarming rate and the volume of hair becomes thin it is called alopecia.
If a person suffers from alopecia he/she should wash his/ her scalp regularly with running water; vigorous massage with water on scalp until scalp becomes hot, this condition excites sebaceous gland to secrete natural oil as well as improves the blood circulation of the area. This way the problem of alopecia seems to be solved.
Indian gooseberry is an excellent source of iron and essential vitamins which helps in hair growth. Take some sundries pieces of Indian gooseberry and soak them into coconut oil overnight. Massage scalp with the gooseberry treated coconut oil and this will surely reduce hair fall and in result will promote hair growth.
Take out some fresh extracts of amaranth leaves and directly apply it on the hair and repeat the remedial process everyday for 15 days. This simple home remedy will set a natural shine in hair volume as well as will promote new hair growth on regular use.
Take some matured leaves of neem [margosa ]tree and make a decoction into soft water after boiling the two for 15-20 minutes. The alopecia affected person should use this neem decoction as a natural hair wash and should wash hair regularly with this natural wash.
On regular use the herbal medicinal properties of neem will ensure healthy scalp and new growth of hairs follicles. This natural wash is good for color treated hairs for the better protection from the harmful effect of the chemicals on the hair growth.
Massage with coconut milk as well as virgin coconut oil is immensely helpful for the efficient treatment of alopecia.
A combination of alfalfa, carrot, lettuce, and spinach juice needs to be made; the ingredients will be all in equal amount. This herbal juice need to be consumed regularly for one month. The efficiency of this unique juice will slow down the attack of alopecia and will help for new hair growth.
