Home Remedies of Acne

Acne is a disorder of skin and it is created due to excess secretion of sebaceous glands which results in clogged pores. Clogged pores take the color of black and white heads and the outbreak of the cysts forms the outgrowth of acne. In short, over activation of oil gland causes pimples and commonly and reasonably the problem of acne is occurred in teen age.

However, the acne problem may occur at any age of a person. The problem of acne is neither fatal nor acutely painful disease, but it is quite upsetting in nature and may cause permanent scar in the upper facial skin layer.

Acne formation is stimulated by chronic constipation. Due to irregular and incomplete evacuation all the toxins cannot be flushed from the body and cause contamination in blood stream. Acne is the result of extra effort of skin to excrete toxin from body through the skin pores and through other outgrowths of skin that may be recurred in neck, chest, and other upper parts of body.

Major disorder in eating habits, intake of unbalanced food, excess intake of starch, fatty acids and sugar are considered as major cause for the formation of acne.

As the problem of acne is somehow related to general life style of a person, home remedies are proved to be effective for acne treatment.

A smooth, thick paste needs to be made by mixing natural yoghurt and fine oatmeal and it needs to be applied on acne affected face. After drying up of the paste needs to be thoroughly rinsed off by cold water and then the face needs to pat dry by a soft cotton towel.

Application of Aloe Vera works miracle on acne. Fresh juice of aloe Vera needs to be applied on the acne growth and it will help to minimize the growth. A paste made by orange peel works good on removal of acne.

A paste made by cinnamon powder and natural honey need to be applied at night before retiring to bed; the paste needs to be retained overnight on face and in morning should be rinsed thoroughly by cold water. It is an effective way to control acne.

A mixture made of one teaspoon of groundnut oil and two tablespoons of fresh lime juice helps to reduce the intensity of acne.

Application of tomato juice on the acne helps to minimize the outgrowth almost instantly.

Regular application of fresh mint juice at every night is a good home remedy to cure acne.
