Home Made Beauty Scrub

Facial scrubs are used for exfoliation of our skin surface. Due to air contact and natural exposure our skin comes in contact to multiple pollutants causing a dust layer on our skin pores making skin dull looking. On the other hand, old cells die and new cells take their places; however, multiple dead cells remain on the skin layer causing the blockage of oil glands as well as the pores of the skin surface. Exfoliation is a gentle scrubbing process, which swamp the dead cells from the skin surface and makes skin tone bright and soft.

Scrubbing is an essential part of skin care and it helps to breathe the skin properly in the natural air. It removes the dead cells and makes skin tone blemish free and gentle scrubbing by massage improves blood circulation, thus is proved immense beneficial for skin care essentials.

Although scrub are available in the cosmetic counters and the reputed brand have multiple body scrubs depending on the individual skin tone making body scrub at home is not only an easy process but also the product made remains with your access and it is 100% cost effective in comparison to over the counter available beauty products.

Take one cup fine sugar, one table spoon natural honey, one teaspoon full liquid glycerin, and 3-5drops of chamomile or lavender flower. Mix up all the ingredients together; if you wish to have lighter density of the scrub, you need to add liquid items more than the recommended amount to keep the product easy to pour and easier to use any other better products in the market.

This body scrub is good for normal to dry skin and prevents the occurrence of crow feet on the skin tone. After due scrubbing, you need to wash your face and body with lukewarm water followed by a thorough application of moisturizer.
