However funny it may sound, but if you wish to rectify the problems effectively and for long-term basis with external care regimen, you need to maintain healthy and balanced diet and life style.
Otherwise, there is high chance that this problem would recur again. Scalp problem not only initiates itchy discomfort, scalp blisters, oily scalp, dry scalp, major damage for hair roots and dandruff, it is a major reason for hair damage and fall off hairs. So if you ever feel that you are facing some problem in your scalp you should better consult a dermatologist for immediate medical intervention.
The herbal remedies mentioned here are easy to manage at home but these remedies might not work as efficient as the medication works against a serious infection. The use of these remedies obviously will initiate faster paced recovery from the problem and discomfort while used in parallel to medical treatments.
Make an herbal combination of curd and lemon juice from one entire lemon and apply the mixture on scalp with gentle massage. You need to retain the mixture on scalp for 20-30 minutes and then wash off hairs thoroughly with mild shampoo. While curd will remove oil and dirt from scalp, lemon will cure dandruff or fungal infection, if there is anything on scalp.
Make a concoction with boiled water and fenugreek seeds overnight. In the morning gently you should massage the fenugreek soaked water on scalp to help out the scalp problem.
You can make fresh decoction with rosemary water and in the morning you need to apply this rosemary decoction on the scalp regularly. You need to continue this herbal remedy for 15 days to one month to completely get rid of scalp problem.
Apart from this external treatment, you should put stress of fresh fruits, vitamin B12 enriched foods, and adequate consumption of water; these would help to cure the scalp problem internally and will prevent from further recurring.
