Herbal Treatment for Hair Fall Solution

Hair loss may happen due to various reasons, however, it is wise to maintain a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle to fight the problem of hair fall because some times hair fall is not a physical ailment, and it is the symptom of some other hidden ailments.

Some natural herbal based hair care remedies are mentioned here for fighting the problem of hair fall. If none of these remedies work well for your benefit it is better to contact a doctor for the clinical investigation for the problem.

You need to take some decoction of fenugreek seeds and apply the same on the scalp. After the massage, you need to wrap your head with a fine piece of cloth for 3-4 hours. This herbal care method should be repeated for one month regularly to fight the crisis of hair fall problem.

You can try castor oil remedy for hair loss problem. You need to apply castor oil on the scalp on or on the hair roots; however, the oil should be applied on hair roots in the bedtime so that the oil should be on the scalp for overnight. This simple remedy should be continued for 8-15 days for optimum effect.

Take one cup around boiled water and add one teaspoon of mustard seeds in it. Again boil the decoction for another stretch of 15-20 minutes and then let the decoction be cooled. Once the decoction is cooled, the patient needs to consume it.

Rubbing olive oil on the scalp may prove beneficial in curing the problem of  hair loss. Otherwise you are advised to make an infusion with rosemary oil 2 teaspoon, olive oil 2 teaspoon, one lemon juice, and one egg yolk. This herbal mixture needs to be applied on hair roots and then needs to be washed off with cold running water.

You need to mix up a handful of Indian Gooseberry into ½ cup of coconut oil; this herbal oil mixture needs to be heated until the gooseberries become brown. Once the oil is prepared let it be cooled and need to be used o scalp for 10-15 days regularly.
