Herbal Treatment for Blackheads Problem

Blackheads are the skin spots look like small black bumps. Blackheads are mostly seen in oily skin tone. There are different treatments of blackheads some of which are quite costly like laser therapy, and may not be in common access. However, there are a few natural remedies which are efficient, supportive, and 100% cost efficient. Here a few herbal based natural remedies are described for the removal and treatment of blackheads.

One effective and efficient home remedy for the treatment of blackheads are the application of home made lotion made of hot water, iodine liquid, and Epsom salt. Take ΒΌ th cup of water, add one teaspoon Epsom salt and 4 drops of iodine in the water. Let the mixture sit for few hours and get cool. Then you are advised to smear this lotion on the blackheads for the natural recovery process.

You need to make a paste of fenugreek leaves and water and need to apply the paste on the blackheads. You need to retain this paste for 10-15 minutes on the blackheads and then wash off with lukewarm water.

An herbal mixture of lime juice and boiled milk is a good face wash for removal of blackheads. Otherwise application of herbal paste made of radish seeds on the black heads at regular basis cures the problem efficiently.

You have to make an herbal paste with cinnamon powder and honey; the mixture is to be left on the blackhead affected area for overnight followed by thorough wash in the next morning.

Alternatively, an herbal paste made of almond powder and rose water is to be applied on the black heads. You are supposed to retain the paste until it gets dried. Then wash off the poultice with lukewarm water. Regular use of this medicinal process will remove blackheads from skin tone permanently.

A homemade facial scrub can be formed by mixing salt, lemon, honey, and yoghurt together. The blackhead affected area should be scrubbed with this gentle scrubber for 5-10 minutes to get rid of blackheads. For best result this scrubbing should be done 3-4 times a week.

Application of warm natural honey is to be smeared on the blackheads to get rid of this problem. After retaining honey on face for 30 minutes, it should be washed off with normal cold water. This simple remedy works excellent as the treatment process of blackhead if used at regular basis.
